I needed to have a document apostilled quickly and did a local google search for a mobile notary that offered apostille services. Luckily, I found Apostille Southern California.
I called their office and was greeted by Carla. Carla did an excellent job in explaining the apostille process and their applicable fees for the notary and apostille services. When speaking with Carla, I recognized immediately that she was a subject matter expert and I requested that she come to my location as soon as possible to notarize the document.
Carla arrived at my location on time to execute documents and the process went very quickly. She then took the notarized documents and made the trip to Los Angeles the following morning to process the apostilled documents with the CA Secretary of State. Carla then returned the original documents to me early and ahead of schedule that afternoon.
All in all, the entire process took less than 22 hours and I was able to meet my deadlines of getting the apostilled documents to Europe on time.

I needed a notary to have some trust documents signed for my mom (86 years old). I called Carla on a Friday to arrange for a signing on that Sunday. She went over everything with me over the phone to make sure we had proper, unexpired ID, which was important since my mom's IDs were expiring. She was on-time, pleasant and patient with my mom. She kept a nice pace and finished quickly. Very professional and knows how to handle the documents.
